God is EVERYWHERE
The continued growth of a woman who has "been there, done that, and has the battle scars to show it." This is my journey into spiritual wholeness as I renew my walk with my Savior and watch my little world blossom.

And God Created Mondays
While sitting in the cafeteria this morning I
had a revelation. Yesterday I posted a praise about the way this week
turned out. I wasn't wrong about giving God the praise. What I WAS wrong
about was not giving God all the praise the week BEFORE. I
I woke up everyday that week and thought, "oh, not another Monday." I went to bed thinking "I just spent the day on ANOTHER Monday." What I wasn't let filter through my mind was that God created Monday's too. If the day went well or the day went south, God was/is in charge of it all. His creations are only here for my/our good. He does not work in chaos and mayhem. He gave me the day and it was mine to do with what I choose. I choose to complain. So, I have a wasted week under my belt. Any day that is not used to praise the Lord is a day wasted, a day we can never take back.
My week may have been not what I had hoped for but on each of those so called bad days, my family woke up alive and healthy. Each day my family had clothes on their backs, food in their bellies and a roof over their heads. Everyday last week I had gas in my truck to get me from point "a" to point "b." Everyday last week I never had to worry about where my hubby was and what he was doing. Everyday last week I had another day to praise the Lord for his goodness and mercy.
God gave me the same seven days THIS week and it began on a Monday. The thing is, God was as good to me and mine as he was LAST week but I was too busy moaning and groaning. All the "good" things that happened to me this week weren't prizes to make up for last week. They were just things and situations that would have happened in the course of any given day, week or month. The thing is, no matter what day the good thing fell on, it was a day graced by the Lord.
I don't know about y'all, but THIS lady has opened her eyes and knocked the dust from between my ears. I love it when God gives me that "ah HA" moment!
